Freight and Delivery.

Our prices on the website are freight charges exclusive. In order to deliver goods as soon as possible, we will use the most appropriate post or courier services. For orders placed in Sydney prior to Midday we can usually promise a next business day delivery for all stocked items and 2-3 days for the goods needed to be ordered in.

We do recommend that someone be present at the address given for delivery, if you are not present the courier may have to redeliver at the later time at an additional cost.

What is the delivery cost?

The cost of a delivery will vary depending on the size of the box and shipping destinations. We will calculate it for each order individually and contact you by email with a final price.

How long does it take to get my goods delivered?

Delivery for orders in stock is usually the next business day after shipping. We do use “Courier Please” for Sydney metro and Australian Air Express for Australia-wide deliveries. The delivery time will depend where you are situated and products you are purchasing. It can take approximately 3-5 days to deliver a system to you, because it needs to be built and tested before shipping.

What disadvantages apply to the delivery?

We do recommend using your business address if you can’t be home to receive your goods. Please note that some couriers companies do charge an additional fee to redeliver your goods.

We do not deliver to PO Boxes.

The couriers companies do not deliver on the weekends and do not ring before coming to deliver.
