Please find the information below for your convenience.

Customer may order the products and services from Jantech Computers by completing and submitting the order form on our website. We can accept an order via fax if it is preferable by you.

Prices. All prices shown on our website are in Australian dollars and are subject to change without notice and GST inclusive. Jantech Computers is a Tax Registered Business and will provide a Tax invoice with all goods sold.

After placing an order via our secure shopping cart you will receive an order-confirmation email.

Prices change very frequently but we do endeavour to be accurate and we will contact you if a price has changed significantly from our advertised price when you place an order. Due to nature of computer industry, prices on many computer parts are always changing over time and we are unable to provide a credit or refund the difference for any price drop after we have processed your order.

How to buy.

Please follow the steps below:

  • Place your order on our website;
  • Print or save your receipt order for your records;
  • You will receive an automated confirmation email from Jantech Computers Store. Please do not reply, it is an automated  response to your order;
  • Customer service representative will contact you to confirm your order and shipping costs, alternatively you will receive an invoice via email or fax.
  • Please make a payment according to the amount quoted in the invoice. The goods ordered from Jantech Computers must be prepaid and funds are cleared before we dispatch the products.
  • Please email or fax a payment confirmation to sales@jantech.com.au with your order number. Fax number is 02 99398766.
  • Once a payment is cleared you will receive a confirmation email with your receipt number. You may wish to check the status of your order  by login in the My Account section.

Payment Options.

Credit Card.

We accept the following credit cards - Visa, Bankcard, MasterCard, American Express.

After placing an order via our secure site you will be offered different payment options, if you choose a credit card option the eCart will offer you to fill out the form with your credit card details and CSV number. For your information your credit card numbers will be encrypted.

In order to prevent fraudulent use of credit card information, we may request additional details to be confirmed, prior to the dispatch of your order. We may require a legible copy of the front details of your credit card and rear as well as the cardholders drivers license faxed through with a contact telephone number (not mobile) and current address details.

Bank Deposit.

If you wish you can deposit cash or cheque directly to our nominated account at any St.George branches. Please place an order via the website and email/fax us the payment confirmation reference number to sales@jantech.com.au. The fax number is 02 99398766. Banking Details for Direct Deposits into our St.George Bank account will be included on your invoice.

Please place an order through our site and we will send you an order details and a confirmation email to identify your order. Australia Post money order is acceptable.

Bpay.

Please place an order through our website choosing BPAY as your payment option. You will be sent an invoice with your BPAY customer number when the goods are ready to be dispatched.
