HOW TO RETURN A FAULTY ITEM?

We have created a simple user friendly online system to return faulty or DOA items for warranty claims.

In order to return a faulty item which is covered by Standard Manufacture’s warranty, please complete the following steps.

-     Log in to “My Account” section of www.jantech.com.au

-     Click on Return Authorization link

-     Select the required order by using a drop down box to access all of your previous orders

-     Enter information as requested on the form. Please supply your return address and the contact phone number.

-     Submit the form

All submitted forms should be processed within 24-48 hours. The Return Authorization number will be emailed to your nominated email address with advice for return.

We will keep you informed about progress of your warranty claims by sending follow up emails for your reference. If you do not wish to receive any further correspondence, please click on "unsubscribe" link of any received emails from Jantech Computers.

We will then remove your email address from subscription.

Alternatively, please check warranty claims status by login into "My Account" section of our website.
